DECLARATIONS OF PERSONAL INCOME BEFORE SRS AUDIT

During checking of the compliance of income and expenditure of individuals, it could be discovered that income of person, possibly, is not responding with their expenses. In such case SRS can examining the legality of such persons income, in accordance with section 22 of Law "On individual income tax".

SRS may ask any individual to fill the additional declaration in if there are suspicions about illegal income.

The form of the additional declaration is settled in the appendix of the regulations of Cabinet issued on September 19, 2006, No.780 „Regulations on the form of additional declaration of income, monetary and other savings, property and the change in value thereof, and order how the State Revenue Service on the basis of calculations determines the amount of the taxable income”.
