SUBMISSION OF COMPLAINTS IN TO RE

The decisions and actions of the state notaries of the RE in accordance with the law within one month can be appealed by submission an appropriate application to the general state notary of the ER. The decision and action of the general state notary of the RE in accordance with the law can be appealed in the administrative court.
