COMPLAINTS ON DECISIONS OF SRS, RE AND OTHER INSTITUTIONSThe order of challenge and appeal of decisions (administrative acts) and actual action of state institutions is settled by the Law on Administrative Process, if the special laws do not prescribe another order. The place and term of submission of a complaint has to be specified in an administrative act issued by an institution.
