THE FORM OF DECLARATION OF STATE OFFICIAL

The form and order of filling of declaration of state official is settled by the regulations of Cabinet issued on October 2, 2002, No.478 „The order of filling, submission, registration and storage of declarations of state officials and the order of filling and submission the lists of state officials” (see the section „Laws and regulations”).

From 2010 the declaration of state official to the State of the State Revenue Service may be made only in electronic form, using the SRS electronic declaration system (hereinafter - EDS). To become a user of EDS, the persona have to conclude a contract with the State Revenue Service for the use of the system.
